Useful Information on Modular Homes
For setting up vacation modular homes, a concrete platform or pillar-type foundations are required. These can be constructed by the homeowner based on the design provided by our planning team.
Transportation is also of utmost importance. We ensure that the modular home is dispatched on the agreed date and under safe conditions. Upon arrival at the installation site, a crane, with a minimum capacity of 15 tons, should be reserved from the local area where the modular home is to be set up. Once the modular home reaches its destination, our team takes care of the assembly, providing the final touch.
The connection to utilities can be done traditionally by linking to the existing networks in the area: water, sewage, and electricity. If there are no utilities available in the area, drilling can be done for water supply, and installation of a septic tank/drainage pit can be arranged for sewage. Additionally, photovoltaic panels can be installed for electrical power supply.
The design, conformity certificates, and warranty certificate are included in the documentation accompanying our modular homes during delivery.
